Registering your new equipment

Dear Homeowner,

Congratulations on the purchase of your new equipment! Here at Overholt Heating & Air we take as much pride in our customers’ homes as we do our own.

As a courtesy, we provide our customers with a 1-year labor warranty, beginning on your closing date or installation date, to cover any warranty-related HVAC equipment failure (please note that this does not include cleaning units, changing filters, batteries, etc.). Warranty service requests are performed during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), and you can contact us at 918-274-8200 for scheduling.

In addition, your equipment manufacturer typically offers a warranty on functional parts if your equipment is registered within 60 days of your closing date. To make this process easier for you, we have included the information you will need in order to register your HVAC equipment warranty below.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Go to: https://www.trane.com/residential/en/resources/warranty-and-registration/

From here you will click “Register Online” and enter your information. When it asks for your Dealer Name enter “Overholt Heating & Air, Inc.” You will have to provide model & serial numbers for your equipment -you will find these on your invoices-, and your closing date (or install date if the home is not newly constructed). It won’t take long and the process is simple!

LENNOX Equipment:

Go to: https://www.lennox.com/residential/owners/assistance/warranty/.

From here you will click "Register Your Product" and enter your information. When it asks for your Dealer Name enter “Overholt Heating & Air, Inc.” You will have to provide model & serial numbers for your equipment -you will find these on your invoices-, and your closing date (or install date if the home is not newly constructed). It won’t take long and the process is simple!
